I’ve had many other big name contractors and Jack was the most respectful by far he communicated quickly and clearly. Frank T2024-03-02Jack was easy to talk with, and was always willing to discuss different options during the time he and his crew built our deck on our townhouse. The finished product is fantastic, with no issues with construction or quality. Everything was done according to the required codes of our township; they handled all the paperwork for the permits as well. His crew has all of the necessary tools to complete the job correctly. No shortcuts were taken. Our neighborhood requires that the job be inspected by a certified engineer before, during, and after. No issues were found on any inspection. Unfortunately, he's a contractor for Lowe's. Please, please, for the sake of all that is holy, don't go through Lowe's to get your work done. You'll regret it. We really enjoyed seeing them everyday and Jack came to the rescue when we couldn't get the color for the gutters that we wanted. He had someone come the next day with the correct color.
